Weight management

If you have BMI is over 30, we can offer a referral to Slimming World. Please ask a member of the clinical team if you are interested in a referral
If you have a BMI >30 and diabetes or hypertension then we can refer you to the NHS digital weight management programme.

Diabetes prevention

NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (DPP) is a face-to-face and tailored behavioural change programme available to people who are found to be pre-diabetic on their blood tests (HbA1c 42-47 mmol/mol)

Eligible participants are now able to self-refer to the programme online if they have a Diabetes UK risk score of 16+.

Diabetes self-management

An online interactive self-management programme for people with Type 2 diabetes is available via the Camden Diabetes Service.

Health Checks

The NHS health check is a free check-up of your overall health

All new patients are required to have a new patient check on registration

We also invite patients for a health check when they reach the age of 40 and annually from 75 years of age

If you have not seen a doctor in 3 years please book an appointment for a review.
