Health Checks

All new patients are required to have a new patient check on registration. If you have not seen a doctor in 3 years please book an appointment for a review.

Over 40 – NHS health check for screening for blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol.

Annual check ups for those over the age of 75.

Cervical Smear Tests

For women aged 25-60. Recommended every 3 years for those under 50 years old or every 5 years if aged between 50-65.  Please book an appointment with the practice nurse – Sandra Howard or with the doctor.

Cervical smear tests appointments can also be booked with a nurses at Camden Extended Access Hubs. Patients can self refer via phone on 020 7391 9979   (8 am-8 pm) or by accessing Camden GP Hubs website by clicking on the following link:

Sexual Health Screening

A range of tests are available. Please make an appointment with the doctor to discuss this further.

Antenatal Care and Child Health Surveillance

Routine antenatal check-ups at the surgery and childhood immunisation.
Our Health visitor is based at Hunter Street.


Travel vaccinations excluding Yellow Fever, rabies and specialist travel vacciantions  for more information.

Flu vaccinations are usually available from October each year.
Flu jabs are available to those who are over 65 or if you have a chronic illness.

At the practice we are encouraging patients to be involved in Care Planning of their long term condition.

Blood Tests

Please take the request form give to you by the doctor to:

UCLH: Ground Floor Atrium, UCLH (main hospital) Euston Road, London NW1 2BU Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08.00–16.30

National Hospital for Neurology: Basil Samuel Clinic, Queen Square Opening hours: Mon -Fri 09:00-16.30 (closed 11:45-13:00)

Fasting bloods – please do not eat or drink except water after 9pm the night before your blood test.

Due to a lack of space we are unable to offer blood tests at the practice.
