We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Appointments are available every morning and evening, including late appointments on Mondays. The times are subject to change so please check with the receptionist. Monday evening appointments (6.30pm – 7.45pm) need to be pre-booked via our reception team.
One doctor provides a walk-in clinic each morning between 9.00am and 10.30am. You do not need an appointment, but we do ask you to arrive before 10:30am. Please note that from 1st August 2018 walk-in clinic times changed from 9.00-11 am to 09.00-10:30 am. The walk-in clinics are for emergency clinical problems only.
Waiting times for the walk-in clinic can be variable. If you prefer not to wait please ask the reception team for a more convenient appointment time. Appointments with a doctor are for health issues.
If you have an administrative issue (e.g. medical report, passport application or a form that needs filling in) please speak to the reception team or ask to speak to a doctor.
If you are too ill to come to the surgery, please call the surgery before 11am if possible. After discussion with the doctor a home visit may be arranged. Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
