A new telephony system – Surgery Connect (X-on) will replace the current system on the 25th November 2020.
The new technology is set to improve patient access and experience by making it easier for patients to get through to a GP and allowing them to manage their own appointments. The new system offers multiple phone lines and call-back functionality, helping to better manage demand.
Surgery Connect is integrated with EMIS, our clinical system.
