Telephone advice

If you would like to speak to a GP, please book a telephone appointment, ideally with the same person you spoke to before. It helps continuity of care and develop better relationships as well understand the issues more clearly.

If your problem requires urgent attention, please let the receptionist know that your call is urgent, so that a doctor can call you back as soon as possible.

Our receptionists are not doctors and cannot give medical advice or interpret results. However, if they think you might be having a serious medical problems such as  heart attack or stroke they will advise you to call 999 to avoid delaying life saving treatment.

Please check that we have your correct contact details on our system.

To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
