During the Coronavirus outbreak GP practices & Pharmacies will not support patients trying to stockpile as these actions may put a strain on the supply chain and exacerbate any potential shortages.
General practices have been asked to consider putting all suitable patients on
electronic repeat dispensing as their next repeat prescriptions are issued.
The repeat dispensing service enables the pharmacy to dispense regular medicines to suitable patients who have been issued batch prescriptions without the involvement of the GP practice at the point of dispensing. Please call reception to enquire.
