In the annual NHS patient survey of all practices in North Central London (NCL) 98 % of our patients scored their overall experience of the practice as good
This was the highest score of all the 201 practices in NCL
As a practice spokesperson told the Ham and High, the last 15 months have been “extremely challenging”, with staff working “incredibly hard” 12-hour days
